Belarusian students study English throughout school and sit centralised testing at the end of it. The grammar foundation tends to be solid; access to a native speaker for regular conversation is the scarce part, particularly outside Minsk.

For university students and recent graduates, the specific value is interview and workplace English. Reading a technical article is rarely the obstacle; explaining your own reasoning out loud to a stranger, quickly, usually is.

Can participants join from different countries?
Yes. The club is online and the group is defined by level and schedule, not by location. Groups spread across several countries are common and work perfectly well.
How does payment work for an organisation in Belarus?
It is worth raising early, because international transfers can be slower or more complicated than elsewhere. Get in touch and we will work out something practical before any club is scheduled.
What English level do you need?
Roughly A2 and above. Below that there is not enough language yet to sustain an hour of discussion, and a conversation class becomes a vocabulary lesson for everyone else in the group.
How big is a group?
Six people maximum. Larger groups look better value until you divide the hour by the number of people in it — at ten or twelve, the quieter half stops speaking altogether.
What happens if someone misses a week?
Nothing. Each club is self-contained, there is no homework and nothing to catch up on, so an absence does not leave anyone behind.
